What we collect

When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or use a form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, vehicle details, selected city and area/ward, address or landmark, and the problem you are facing. The payment flow asks your browser for a one-time live GPS location so it can check whether the selected city is within coverage.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your request, confirm prices and dispatch assistance. The coverage check runs in your browser against the website's saved boundary data. A payment draft, including the GPS reading after you continue, may remain in this browser tab's session storage for up to 2 hours; use “Clear request” to remove it sooner. The site does not continuously read your location.

Payments

UPI payments are processed by your own UPI app and bank. This website does not collect or store your card, net-banking or UPI PIN details and does not verify payment. The GPS gate controls only the normal QR flow inside this website; a QR or UPI ID obtained directly may still be used outside the site.

Sharing

If live tracking is enabled for a request, the details needed to create that tracking request, which may include GPS, are sent to Road Assist's configured tracking service. When you choose to send the prepared WhatsApp message, the selected city/area and request details, including the GPS link when available, are shared with Road Assist. We may share your location and contact number with the mechanic or tow operator assigned to your job. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.
