Terms of Service — Road Assist Jaipur

Last updated: October 2026

Services

Road Assist Jaipur aur nearby highways me roadside assistance deta hai, mechanic availability, traffic aur location ke hisaab se. Service me battery jumpstart, ₹99 per tubeless puncture repair, stepney/spare wheel change, doorstep fuel delivery, towing, key lockout aur minor on-spot repair shamil hain. Arrival times call par estimate kiye jaate hain.

Pricing

Tubeless puncture repair ₹99 per puncture hai (tubeless tyres only). Stepney/spare wheel change ka quote dispatch se pehle confirm hota hai. Baaki listed service/delivery fees time of day ya service details ke hisaab se vary kar sakti hain. Fuel delivery fee me petrol/diesel ka actual pump-rate shamil nahi; fuel alag charge hota hai. Final price kaam shuru hone se pehle confirm kiya jaata hai.

Coverage and live GPS check

Website ka normal payment-QR flow tabhi khulta hai jab aap supported city aur area/ward chunte hain aur browser ka fresh live GPS us city ki saved coverage ke andar aata hai. Jaipur ka boundary circle screenshot ke hisaab se approximate hai; doosre shehron ke boundaries 2024 municipal-ward data se bane hain. GPS/boundary mein error ho sakta hai, isliye service availability aur dispatch Road Assist confirm karta hai. Yeh check sirf website ke payment flow ko control karta hai; booking request bhejna alag hai.

Prepayment

Jahan online UPI prepayment available hai, page par dikhaye fixed-amount QR ka use karein. Website payment verify nahi karti; Road Assist receiving account me manually check karta hai. QR/UPI ID agar website ke bahar seedha mil jaaye to yeh site-only gate us payment ko technically rok nahi sakta. Tubeless puncture/stepney ke liye call ya WhatsApp par request karein; stepney price pehle confirm hota hai. Payment screenshot ya UTR bhejna zaroori nahi. Cancellation/refund terms booking ke samay confirm honge.

Vehicle and safety

Please move to a safe place and switch on hazard lights while you wait. Our mechanics may decline work that is unsafe. If a repair needs a workshop, we will tell you and can arrange a tow.
